Choosing Compassion
Nonviolent Communication online Training
8 Week course
What is Nonviolent Communication?
What I want in my life is compassion, a flow between myself and others based on a mutual giving from the heart.
Marshall Rosenberg
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) was originated by Marshall Rosenberg (1934 – 2015) over a period of about 40 years, as he dedicated his life to understanding what separates us and connects us, what brings us to violence and what brings us to resolution and peaceful coexistence.
Its purpose is to strengthen our ability to inspire compassion and to respond compassionately to others and to ourselves.
Nonviolent communication (NVC),also known as compassionate communication, is an approach to communicating designed to help people connect more compassionately with themselves and others. Nonviolent communication can transform communication and interactions, as it enables people to become more aware of their feelings, needs, and longings, as well as those of others, in everyday living situations.
This course includes an exploration beyond the classic approach of NVC. There will also be a step by step exploration of the classical model with a special focus in developing the quality of personal presence in our daily and ordinary life, an invitation to heart connection and healing.
* You will learn to cultivate authentic communication
* You will feel more secure in personal and professional conversations
* You will develop skills to connect within you what really matters in any interaction.
* Reduces stress and interpersonal conflict
* Strengthen resilience and empathy.

CONTRIBUTION:
There is no fixed price for the course. There is a Dana box / donation basket through bank transfer that you can use at your own discretion.
When making an economic donation, there is no suggested amount. Dana is meant to be an expression of generosity and innate human gratitude, a way of valuing the teachings and a means of maintaining the well-being of those who have committed their lives on this path.
Your generosity is a gift that supports not just the teacher, but also the the larger community, and your own practice.
When considering how much to offer, consider the amount of money you regularly pay for services or professional training that are less deep and require less training and trust. Consider the impact these teachings have had on your life.
