Spirals are a common shape found in nature. A spiral is a curve which emanates from a point, moving farther away as it revolves around the point.
The Fibonacci numbers are Nature’s numbering system. They appear everywhere in Nature, from the leaf arrangement in plants, to the pattern of the florets of a flower, the bracts of a pinecone, or the scales of a pineapple.
In humans we can find spiral patterns in our fingertips, umbilical cord, ears, molecules, etc.
Once nature establishes a working pattern, it reuses, recycles and evolves within it.
The spiral path brings awareness to the living journey, walking each curve towards the centre of the spiral.
Learning and evolving with each walk, every day, trusting in our inner patterns.
Patterns can also change depending on how we co-create with our natural creative process. The food we eat, our sleeping patterns, our communication and thoughts, our ways of relating to others and ourselves.
There is a desirable way of being which flows best for each individual, each different and perfect. It is our responsibility to nurture and care for our living organism and for all in nature, in all its possible ways, as we reconnect with our own true natural pattern/purpose in life.
