This is a taster workshop and the beginning of a series of workshops / retreats that will be focused on awakening our intuitive self and to listen to the creative inner wisdom that lies within all of us.
From this collective resourceful space we will dance together to gather our strength as a collective and we will journey into a path of honoring our creative nature.
Through the process of Soul Painting and life spontaneous music you will discover how to tap into your most magical creative space of calmness, stillness, expansiveness and healing where you will find a precious gift of radical self compassion and acceptance.
A place of inner aliveness and sacred creativity.
Soul Painting
Soul Painting is a process that goes beyond just creating an image…it is expressing what it is in your soul, what your inner most intimate knowing wants you to see and explore.
It is an opportunity to be seen by your own external self and to meet one another in a loving encounter.
It is the expression of our own essence, a dance with your inner medicine.
And don’t dare say you are not creative- we all are, just somewhere along the way doubt entered your mind.
Soul Painting guides each individual to create their own unique painting.
There is no need for artistic skills or experience, just simply the desire to create something authentic.
This process accompanies the creator in you to let go of the things that don´t serve you, allowing a beautiful encounter with yourself in a collective fun environment.
About Marta Fabregat
I have been facilitating healing retreats and medicine spaces with soul painting over 10 years now. In the last couple of years I have been going through deep experiences of healing with myself and others while guiding this process for groups and individuals. My own inner process and medicine is asking and longing to play and explore with life music, include sounds from the soul, mine, yours and others…building connections of inner aliveness, bringing our most raw sounds to come out so we can paint our journey with all there is within us and including our most wild and earthy nature to guide us as we dip our toes into this unknown place we call life.
Within this exploration and inner calling I have met ….

Similar to the idea of songlines, a term used in aboriginal culture to describe songs that create a map, each song on the album is in sequential order providing the listener with a map that points attention within, towards self-discovery, awareness and a connection with the heart.
